  • Men’s/women’s white socks, personal care products (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, dental floss, lotion, deodorant ~ hotel/travel sizes) to be shared with our homeless. Baskets will be on the front altar steps during Sunday Masses.
  • CRS Rice Bowl
  • Catholic Relief Serives boxes at all doors of the Cathedral. Please return them on Palm Sunday with your offerings. We hear stories from our brothers and sisters in need worldwide, and devote our Lenten prayers, fasting, and gifts to change the lives of the poor.

  • Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are obligatory days of abstinence (no meat) and fasting (one full meal, simple meals and nothing/little between meals) for Catholics. All Fridays during Lent are days of abstinence (no meat).
